Overview
This Master’s degree is a natural progression from the Bachelor’s program in Fashion Business and Luxury Management. The course enables students to acquire management and communication skills specific to the Luxury sector.
Description
Through real-life scenarios and entrepreneurial projects, our students are ready to take on high-level operational roles as soon as they graduate. The 1st-year “Management” module provides students with an in-depth understanding of the principles of management. This expertise is tailored to the Fashion & Luxury sector. You will learn how to handle the challenges of management positions.
The 2nd-year “Business” module is more focused on entrepreneurial skills. You’ll set up your own company, and your own app, and you’ll also organise a show.
Several work placements are included in the Fashion & Luxury Management programme throughout the syllabus. Depending on the year and the student’s experience, they will be given several assignments related to their studies and career objectives. Six months of work experience are planned each year.

Running a business in the world of Fashion & Luxury requires several cross-disciplinary skills including business management, managing a team, managing a retail outlet and so on.
Within the Luxury sector, a Project Manager coordinates and manages all the projects involving a brand, including events and product launches.
A buyer’s key role is to discover, test, select and negotiate raw materials and end products in line with a brand’s image.
Responsible for managing customer portfolios, an Account Manager in the Fashion & Luxury sector is the customer’s key point of contact.
Each year, EIDM students organise a major professional project: organising a fashion show, creating a magazine, opening a pop-up store, creating a brand, directing an event, etc. It’s a high-level professional experience that puts the emphasis on creativity, imagination and investment.
