REBORN
The 7th edition of the pop-up store project has been organised by EIDM students specialising in
Fashion Art Direction & Styling, Fashion Business, Fashion Communication & Marketing mais aussi Management du Luxe. They have all come together to put their knowledge and skills to good use. This is to open their pop-up store named REBORN.
The students began by selecting 11 clothing and accessories brands to exhibit at the event. These include Blue Ibis, Bonheur, Bottega Callegari, Feliz by S, Karine Lecchi, Lea Wald, Maison Hanami, Opyuma, Tuk Tuk Club, Virginia et Underfeet. Young French designers, upcycling collections, and a selection of different brands will be featured. The brand choices are all founded on the principles of respect and freedom that the students value. Two nail artists will also be available at the venue. The event will be held in the heart of the Marais district at 39 rue Chapon, in Paris’ 3rd arrondissement, from Thursday, 16 December, to Saturday, 18 December 2021, just before the festive season. There will also be an exclusive launch party on Thursday 16 December at 7 pm.
Finally, in keeping with the annual theme of “FREEDOM”, the students chose to name their pop-up store “REBORN”. This is expressed through renewal, change and improvement. But primarily it is about freedom of expression and the emancipation of a generation. In short, the diversity and creativity of an effervescent youthful population dreaming of change. So here’s REBORN.
Learning by Doing
Every year, EIDM students organise a practical project. For example, organising a fashion show or creating a magazine. In addition, they may open a pop-up store or manage a business project. And finally, they experience what it means to manage a team. A rewarding vocational experience that focuses on developing creativity, imagination and investment. To give the best of yourself!
